Leupitz Contractors was honored to participate in the 2025 Expo Negocio Latino Business Showcase. Co-Owners, Frankie Garcia and General Manager, Leeann Tarter connected with local residents, business owners, and community leaders while sharing information about the company’s remodeling and construction services. The event provided a valuable opportunity to support Latino-owned businesses, build new relationships, and celebrate the diverse communities that make the Mid-Willamette Valley strong.

Giving Baskets / Tree Tags, Parade, Run
Leupitz Contractors is proud to support the Keizer Chamber of Commerce holiday events, helping bring the spirit of generosity, celebration, and community to the Keizer area each year.
We host a Giving Tree, and help with Gift Wrapping, & Delivery for the Giving Basket Program, the Keizer Holiday Lights Parade, and the Holiday Run. These activities help provide gifts and support to local families and create memorable holiday traditions for residents of all ages.
Whether helping organize donations, volunteering time, participating in seasonal celebrations, or contributing to charitable efforts, our team is honored to play a small role in making the holiday season brighter for local families and neighbors.

For the past five years, Leupitz Contractors has proudly supported KeizerFEST as a sponsor and active community partner. In addition to serving as a hole sponsor for the annual golf tournament, members of the Leupitz team volunteer their time assisting with setup, tear-down, and various event activities throughout the festival.
